Hello my name is Lynda Guager, event coordinator of the Flockers garage sale events.

We host an annual Flockers garage sale event usually in February and sometimes a preholiday sale in October.

An announcement to all Flockers is sent long before the event seeking a response from those who would like to host a garage sale on a pre disclosed date.

In order to generate foot traffic to our garage sales, we post an ad in the local newspaper and put out signs & balloons on the date of the event.  The minimal costs of the ad, signs & balloons are then shared amongst those who signup to be a host.
